Shipping Status:

All Round 1 modems have shipped!
Thanks for everyone's understanding and patience in delivery of this first round of modems.

Custom cables and a few manuals are still being made and shipped within 7-10 days of the order.
New orders are not being accepted until we get more stock from the factory, expected to be in May.

Product Delivery:
As stated in the QST and QEX articles, and on the NUE-PSK ordering web page, product is shipped within 2-4 weeks after receipt of order when the product is in stock. We are somewhat paced by the QRP club's volunteer team doing the programming, testing and shipping of the packages, but this helps keep the price way down compared to what a commercial firm would charge for such a complex product.

Shipping: You can expect the following typical shipping times (depending on your country's mail delivery service):

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)

Canadian orders are shipped via Air Mail (3-5 days)

Overseas orders are shipped via Air Mail (5-10 days)

(local country Customs sometimes delays incoming deliveries)

Shipping for orders placed after March 8th will not start until stock is again available in MAY. The factory is currently working on building up new modems for us. Thank you for your patience.
